		<description>Thanks for the reminder, Gene. I recently heard on CommandN, a podcast I listen to regularly, about a Mac program called "Freedom." Freedom will apparently disable your computer's ethernet and wireless adapter for a set period of time for up to 3 hours. Since much of what we do still requires a network connection, this might not be the best option. Still, I thought it was interesting, though I could simply close Twitter, email, IM, and turn the ringer down on my phone.</description>
